We are called not to reply in kind, but to look and rise above - for wisdom comes from on high. For now, at this noon hour, I am still before you, Lord. Under your #cloudsofwitnesses and praying these words. Psalm 37: 5 Commit your way to the Lord and put your trust in him, and he will bring it to pass. He will make your righteousness as clear as the light and your just dealing as the noonday. Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him. Do not fret yourself over the one who prospers, the one who succeeds in evil schemes. Refrain from anger, leave rage alone; do not fret yourself; it leads only to evil. #godspax #refrainfromanger #leaveragealone #cloudsofwitnesses #psalm37 #dailylectionary AM Psalm 37:1-18; PM Psalm 37:19-42 1 Kings 11:1-13; James 3:13-4:12; Mark 15:12-21
